Stay PTA Ltd operates a Pretoria-focused rental directory and verification service. The platform helps users find rooms, view verified listing information, buy digital Connection Coupons, and unlock landlord or agency contact details where applicable.

Stay PTA is not a landlord, letting agent, estate agency, financial adviser, or party to any lease unless this is expressly stated in writing.

Users must provide accurate account information, keep login details secure, and use the platform lawfully. You are responsible for activity under your account.

We may suspend or restrict access where we detect fraud, abuse, harassment, misleading listings, payment abuse, spam, or conduct that places tenants, landlords, Street Reps, or Stay PTA at risk.

Landlords and agencies are responsible for the accuracy of rent, availability, images, deposits, house rules, and contact information supplied to Stay PTA.

The Stay PTA Gold Seal indicates that a listing has been reviewed or physically checked by a Street Rep according to our internal verification process. Verification improves trust but does not guarantee lease acceptance, availability at the time of viewing, or the conduct of any third party.

Connection Coupons are digital credits used to unlock landlord or agency contact details for selected listings. One unlock normally applies to one listing contact unless a promotion states otherwise.

Coupons have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may only be used inside the Stay PTA platform.

Payments may be processed through approved payment partners, including Instant EFT or other supported methods shown during checkout. Payment approval depends on your bank, payment provider, and fraud checks.

Stay PTA may delay or reverse coupon credits if a payment is disputed, reversed, flagged as fraudulent, or not successfully settled.

All viewings, deposits, rental agreements, house rules, move-in dates, and lease terms are arranged directly between tenants and landlords or agencies. Users must inspect premises, confirm ownership or authority, and read any agreement before paying deposits or rent.

Stay PTA is not responsible for private lease disputes, unpaid rent, property damage, eviction, deposit disputes, or off-platform payments.

You may not upload false listings, impersonate another person, bypass contact unlocks, scrape platform data, harass users, request unlawful fees, publish offensive content, or interfere with the platform's security or availability.

We may update features, pricing, verification rules, coupon bundles, payment methods, and these terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the latest version.
